With GroovIP you could use your cell phone data to make calls. This would be great with an old WiFi enabled cell phone that does not have service to use as a free WiFi phone, or with a prepaid cell phone plan that offers unlimited data but limits voice minutes, such as the Beyond Data plans offered by Virgin Mobile. There is a lite version of this software that is free, and would be sufficient for most people, but the full app is reasonably priced and is recommended for some additional features and functionality.
